Who is Pure production?

Pure Production AG was founded in December 2016 by Stevens Senn and two other entrepreneurs. The company was the cornerstone of the current holding structure. Lino Cereghetti is also part of the company. He became COO in just six months and has been part of the IG Hemp Industry Association since 2020. While Pure Production was initially only involved in hemp plant cultivation, it has since steadily evolved and expanded. It now specializes in the production, processing and distribution of cannabis products. With its tobacco substitutes Swiss Weeds, Einhorn and Alpenzwerg and more, it is on of the market leaders of CBD in Switzerland. The group has six subsidiaries in breeding, production, processing, pharmaceuticals and distribution.

In spring 2020, Pure Production AG received a permit from the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) for the “outdoor cultivation of THC cannabis according to the rules of organic cultivation”. Thus, several hundred different THC varieties will be cultivated on half a hectare in order to conduct trials to evaluate the varieties. The goal is to significantly expand the existing variety diversity.

In 2021, Pure Production Holding announces the successful completion of the audit for ISO 9001:2015. This certificate is a clear proof of their commitment to the highest quality standards in production.
