📦 How does EU shipping work?
To ensure smooth customs clearance, EU shipments follow a two-step process:
- Your order is shipped the same day from our Zürich warehouse to our logistics partner.
- They handle all customs and import formalities on our behalf.
- Once cleared, your parcel is brought to the EU warehouse of our logistics partner
- On the same day, it is being picked up by our European carrier network (Colissimo, Chronopost, or local partners), at which point your tracking will start moving.
⚠️ Important: Tracking may not update immediately. It typically shows movement 2–4 business days after leaving Switzerland, once scanned by the European carrier. This is normal and doesn’t affect delivery speed.

- If a package is lost, once confirmed by the carrier, we will resend it free of charge or refund you in full.
