Shipping Speed

All orders placed and paid on uweed.ch before 4 pm (Mon-Thurs) or 3 pm (Fri) are dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Zurich. All orders are always sent as priority mail (courier-A) with delivery the next day.

In other words:

  • Orders paid between Monday and Thursday (excluding public holidays):
  • <4 pm → next day delivery (24h)
  • >4 pm → delivery the day after next (48h) during the week
  • Orders paid between Friday to Sunday :
  • <3 pm Friday → Saturday delivery for maxi-letter format <5cm thick (24h) and Monday for PostPac package format
  • >3 pm Friday → delivery on Tuesday

Note that orders are only dispatched after the payment has been received in our bank account. For invoice payments, the delivery time might be extended as the date and time of your bank transfer to our account are considered.

For orders that don’t reach this amount, a fixed fee of CHF 5.00.- is charged, including the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of your order.

Some uweed.ch products contain up to 1% THC, following Swiss law, but exceed the 0.3% allowed in the EU and the UK. Ensure the products’ compliance based on your country. uWeed takes no responsibility for packages confiscated due to non-compliance and offers no compensation in the event of a fine or penalty.

FAQ on our delivery service

All the products we offer on uweed.ch are 100% compliant with Swiss (CH) laws. However, for other European countries, regulations regarding CBD may vary. We strongly recommend checking your country’s local regulations before placing an order. This will ensure you can receive our products smoothly.

Regarding the THC rates in our products, is it compliant with my country’s legislation?

Note that some of the products listed on uweed.ch contain up to 1% THC, as current Swiss legislation permits. However, this is higher than the 0.3% THC allowed in the EU, the UK, and other countries. We ask you to ensure that all the products in your order comply with your country’s laws.

uWeed is not responsible for confiscation by local authorities and customs of packages containing non-compliant items. uWeed also offers no financial compensation in such cases or in the case of a fine or financial penalty given to the person for ordering non-compliant items.

How quickly is my order shipped?

For orders destined for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we commit to shipping all orders placed before 4 pm from Monday to Thursday and before 3 pm on Friday on the same day.

For orders destined for the EU, shipping is also done the same day for all orders placed before noon.

In both cases, it is not excluded that we might ship orders placed a little later the same day. However, our guaranteed shipping schedules are as mentioned above.

What delivery options do I have?

Currently, we offer only one delivery option for Switzerland: Next-day A-mail delivery (if it’s a business day).

For the European Union: Standard delivery in 2 to 5 days, depending on the country. The shipping provider varies depending on the destination country, but we ensure it’s reliable and reputable to guarantee safe delivery.

How can I track my order?

For Switzerland: Given the speed of our delivery service, which guarantees arrival the next day for most orders, a tracking number is usually not provided for orders in Switzerland.

For the EU: All our packages destined for the European Union come with a tracking number. You will receive this number by email within 24 hours after validating your order, allowing you to track your package in real time.

Are there delivery fees?

For Switzerland: We offer FREE A-mail delivery service for all orders amounting to CHF 49.00 or higher. For orders below CHF 49.00, a participation fee for preparation, packaging, and shipping is requested, amounting to CHF 5.00.

For the EU: Delivery fees vary depending on your country’s zone. We invite you to refer to the information provided in the “Overview of uweed.ch’s delivery times and conditions by zone in Europe” section earlier on this page.

However, good news! We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders amounting to 169€ or higher. For orders below 169€, a participation fee for preparation, packaging, and shipping is requested, amounting to 9€.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Absolutely! At uWeed, we understand the importance of discretion. All our orders are packaged neutrally, without logos or specific indications of the package’s content. Your privacy is paramount to us, and we ensure you receive your products discreetly and securely.

Do you offer free returns?

At uWeed, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn’t match what you ordered due to a preparation error, we obviously cover the return. In all other cases, we happily accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Only the return costs are at your expense.

Will customs delay my international order?

Good news! International orders will no longer experience customs-related delays. Why? Because we’ve optimized our logistics process: now, all international packages are shipped directly from our warehouse in Europe. This means there will no longer be a customs check after the order has been shipped. Our products are already cleared before arriving at the warehouse. So, you can await your order with peace of mind, knowing it will reach you without unexpected delays.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, it’s possible as long as you contact us promptly. If your package isn’t yet being prepared, we can adjust the address without a problem. However, if the package has already been sent to the wrong address, we must wait for its return to our warehouse before we can resend it or issue a refund.

What happens if my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases from uWeed. If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, we’re here to help! Contact us as soon as possible with a description of the problem and, if possible, supporting photos.
