Delivery

We currently offer shipping options to Switzerland. The Swiss Post is our default partner for all orders in Switzerland.

Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri) are being delivered the very next day.

  • Orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Thu), delivery will happen in 2 business days. For instance, an order placed and paid for on Wednesday at 8pm will be arriving at your delivery address on Friday. 

  • Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered to you on the following Tuesday.

For invoice payments, please note that orders are only being dispatched after the money reaches our bank account and that delivery times are therefore impacted.

Delivery Costs

We offer FREE shipping with A-Mail for all orders of CHF 49.00 and over.  For orders under CHF 49.-, we are charging a CHF 5.- picking, packing and shipping fee.

International shipping options in Europe

We offer FREE shipping for all orders of 169€ and over.  For orders under 169€, we are charging a 9€ picking, packing and shipping fee including 100% guaranteed delivery.

Please be aware that some of the products listed on the uweed.ch website contains up to 1% THC content as is permitted by current Swiss laws. However, this is more than the 0.2% THC permitted in the EU, UK and other countries. We request that you verify that all the products in your order are compliant with the laws of your country. uWeed is not responsible for the confiscation by local customs and authorities of parcels containing non-compliant items. uWeed also does not offer any financial compensation in such events, or in the event of a fine or financial penalty given to the person for ordering non-compliant items.

How is my parcel shipped ?

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Thu) and 12pm (fri), are dispatched on the same day from our warehouse in Zurich. Orders placed after these are dispatched the following day and if you place an order after 12pm on Friday, the order is dispatched on Monday. Here the how the parcel gets to you. 

Frequently asked questions

Why haven't I received my parcel in the estimated time ?

With multiple stakeholders involved (Our logistics partner, Customs, Local post), International shipping is slightly more complex and at times can lead to delays for several reasons. This could be because of system failure at our shipping partners several distribution centres or with delay at customs or some other problem with the local post. Unfortunately once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the only thing we can do is to monitor it on a daily basis and update you should we believe there will be a delay and keep following up with all stakeholders until you receive your parcel. Having said that we have 98% of the parcels that still make it to our customers well inside the estimated time.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

When can I claim a refund or resend of my order in case of non receipt of the order ?

My Parcel status shows delivered but I haven't received anything, what can I do ?
