Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri) are being delivered the very next day.
Orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Thu), delivery will happen in 2 business days. For instance, an order placed and paid for on Wednesday at 8pm will be arriving at your delivery address on Friday.
Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered to you on the following Tuesday.
For invoice payments, please note that orders are only being dispatched after the money reaches our bank account and that delivery times are therefore impacted.

With multiple stakeholders involved (Our logistics partner, Customs, Local post), International shipping is slightly more complex and at times can lead to delays for several reasons. This could be because of system failure at our shipping partners several distribution centres or with delay at customs or some other problem with the local post. Unfortunately once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the only thing we can do is to monitor it on a daily basis and update you should we believe there will be a delay and keep following up with all stakeholders until you receive your parcel. Having said that we have 98% of the parcels that still make it to our customers well inside the estimated time.
If a parcel is not delivered in the estimate time and still has not cleared customs in the maximum estimated times, uWeed customer support will get in touch with an update to confirm that we have started the process of investigating the parcel whereabouts with our shipping partner and will offer you a refund of the amount equivalent to shipping price (€9.00) in the form of loyalty points in your account. We monitor all our parcels on a daily basis and we will update you as soon as there is some update on the parcel whereabouts. While we understand that the waiting time can be frustrating, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure your parcel is delivered to you securely in time.
Customs clearance of most parcels take around 2-3 days, however in some cases they select some parcels for further investigation and this can take upto 2-3 weeks to clear. Should the parcel not move from customs in 3 weeks, we will declare it is likely that the parcel is seized by customs or lost. In such a case after 3 weeks, we will dispatch a new order at no additional cost. Should the same happen again, we will offer you a full refund of the order. uWeed has no direct contact with Customs, we only get updates from the tracker and / or our shipping partner.
If a parcel is not delivered within 24 days from the date of dispatch in France and 30 days from the day of dispatch in all other countries we can offer a free resend or a full refund. The reason we have to wait for the 24 days and 30 days respectively as some parcels can be in customs for more detailed examination and can still be delivered. We offer this service even though the standard shipping industry investigations last 4-6 weeks. If a payment was made by bank transfer, we will require the customer to confirm the details of the bank account for the refund to be processed. All refunds can take 2-3 days to reflect in your account.
Please get in touch with us and we will open an investigation with our shipping partner. In order to do so, we will require you to fill in a disclaimer form and send back a signed copy to confirm the non receipt of the order. Here the shipping partner will contact the local post service who, being the company responsible for delivering the parcel, will do their internal investigation including checking the proof of receipt (signature of the recipient). These are very standard investigations for the shipping companies and take 4-6 weeks for all of them. Once the investigation is complete, based on the outcome uWeed will get in touch with you to follow up and close the case.
