The Passion CBG hemp flowers from Green Passion contain between 8% and 10% CBG. The flowers are covered with light silver trichomes. This CBG variety has a citrusy and hoppy aroma with a hint of chamomile and pine-fresh mountain air. CBG stands for cannabigerol and is the parent molecule of THC and CBD which have distinct molecular structures and interact differently with the endocannabinoid system. Unlike THC, CBG is not psychoactive which means it does not make a person high. The Passion CBG hemp flower contains less than 0.2% delta-9-THC. In isolation, each cannabinoid has its own beneficial properties, many of which overlap. When CBD and CBG are taken together, it is assumed that the effects of CBD are longer lasting and more pronounced.
